Hi Todd,
Regarding ESC Key - I see your point. But the popup was added because Windows uses ESC for various things like closing a window, canceling a dropdown, etc. and sometimes Operators would inadvertently kill a running job. I don't know of a perfect solution.
Here is a list of current hot keys. Screen buttons also have Tool Tips that report the equivalent Hot Key.
HOT KEYS
ESC - Stop
F2 - KeyJog on/off
F3 - FeedHold
F5 - Run/Halt
KeyJog Mode
(shift=fast)
(ctrl=step)
x y - Arrow Keys
z - page up/down
A - num - +
Regarding Step Size: Thanks for pointing that out. Seems only a problem on the 6-axis Dialog Face. Wrong tab order.
Hoping to get a new Test Release with new features and these fixes soon.
Thanks TK

Tom,
I see what you mean about the Esc key. Is there a way to at least make it halt or pause the motion while you are reaching for the mouse to hit the yes or no button?
Is there a different key that could be set as an E-stop, like the space bar or some other easy access key?

That would work if everyone use the same (US?) keyboard, which is not the case. The best would be if it can be a user-selectable shortcut.
